Wilson Place Apartments — Referral Program Terms & Conditions

By participating in the Wilson Place Apartments Referral Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  • Referrals are only eligible when the referred person signs a new lease for a separate unit. Referring a current roommate or someone on your same lease does not qualify.
  • Referral rewards are paid per unit, not per lease — meaning, if multiple residents sign one lease for the same apartment, only one reward will be issued.
  • The referral reward will only be issued after the referred resident has fully executed their lease, paid all fees due including but not limited to application fees, security deposit, last month’s rent and first month’s rent.
  • Both the referring and referred residents must be current on rent, fees, and in full compliance with their leaseat the time of payment. If there is a balance due, the reward will be applied to the outstanding balance.
  • Management reserves the right to verify eligibility and to deny, modify, or revoke any referral reward at its sole discretion.
  • Rewards are non-transferable, hold no cash value, and may be substituted, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice.
  • Only one referral reward will be paid per new lease. Duplicate or cross-referrals will not be honored.
  • Timing requirement (strict): The referral must be submitted and acknowledged by Management before the referred applicant executes a lease. Referrals made or reported after lease execution will not qualify.
  • To qualify, the referred applicant must list the referring resident’s full name on the initial rental application. Retroactive claims will not be accepted.
  • Referral submissions should be made before the referred applicant’s first contact or tour with the property to avoid duplicate claims.
  • Rewards are typically processed within 30 days after all eligibility conditions are met; processing times may vary and delays do not imply forfeiture.
  • Taxes or reporting obligations related to the reward, if applicable, are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
  • Participation in the program does not create any contractual right or guarantee of payment beyond the terms stated here.
